the approach
Two-pass generation: scene anchor frames first, dependent shots after; a hard lock on face and seasonal wardrobe; contact sheets for QC and spreadsheet review rounds, exactly like a normal production.
the result
A 220+ shot list that went through six iterations and lives in an online viewer where the director reviews and re-cuts shots by number.
